		<description>I had no idea i was losing so much every year. I get annuity payments and wanted to know if I can get a lump sum so I can reinvest them elsewhere? My friend who is in banking told me that as long as I do not need to rely soley on my payments to live I could get a large chunk to re-invest. My only question is, how involved is this provess really? DO I ahve to see a judge and all that?</description>
