We were pretty hard it with taxes and insurance last year her in the sunshine state. I am reitred and do collect annuity payments, I was frustrated because I live on a fixed income. After reading this article I decided I would call around and just see if it was true thatI could get money in advance or get a large cash amount for some of my future payments. I called four different companies, Woodbridge, and Peachtree were very helpful, they gave me friendly advice, and didn't charge me a dime to tell me approximatly how much I could get. I am going to use my money to get caught up on some bills, and then I should be okay. I only have 12 more years on my mortgage, and being able to pay some of it down is going to reduce my expenses overall every month so the rest of my payments will be more than plenty.
